This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong focus on inclusion, pupil progress and individual development. The successful candidate will lead a small Year 4 class, supported by a Teaching Assistant (TA) and Learning Support Assistant (LSA). Some pupils have additional needs, so experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Global Developmental Delay, is essential. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching across Key Stage 2. Strong SEN experience, particularly with ASC and Global Developmental Delay. Effective classroom management and differentiation skills. A patient, nurturing and inclusive teaching approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
