About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join an established organisation, with a strong focus on leveraging Salesforce capabilities to enhance customer experience, streamline business processes and deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of CRM capabilities, customer journeys, stakeholder relationship management and business process optimisation. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) would be highly desirable, alongside experience within financial services, ideally banking or wealth management. However, candidates from other sectors with strong Salesforce product management experience will also be considered.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in Product Leadership, taking ownership of product strategy, vision and the development and management of product roadmaps, backlogs and priorities. They will have experience leading and supporting Product Owners through delivery, ensuring teams remain focused on customer outcomes, business objectives and measurable value. Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum environments is essential, including collaborating with Scrum teams, facilitating prioritisation, backlog refinement and sprint planning, and applying Agile principles to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement. The ability to work collaboratively across business, technology, architecture, data and delivery teams will be critical.

The role will involve leading Discovery and shaping new product opportunities, from identifying customer and business problems through to validating potential solutions and developing robust, quantified business cases. The Product Manager will be expected to use data, customer insight and evidence to inform decision-making, assess opportunities, define success measures and demonstrate the value and impact of product investments. A strong understanding of data and analytics is therefore essential, including the ability to work with data teams and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product strategies, requirements and priorities.

Experience of complex transformation and migration programmes would also be advantageous, particularly where customers, processes and/or data have been migrated from legacy CRM or technology platforms onto Salesforce. The successful candidate should understand the challenges associated with legacy-to-modern platform migrations, including data quality, integrations, customer journeys, operational change, user adoption and business readiness. Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, platform enhancements or large-scale CRM transformation initiatives would be beneficial.

Overall, this role requires a commercially minded, customer-focused Salesforce Product Manager who combines strong Salesforce expertise with proven Product Leadership, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, data-driven decision-making and a track record of delivering complex technology and business change. Financial services experience and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud are nice to have rather than essential, with the primary focus on finding a strong product professional who can maximise the value of Salesforce, shape product strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
