Temporary Receptionist – Alternative Investments

We are seeking polished, professional Front of House and Reception specialists who take pride in delivering outstanding service and creating exceptional first impressions and are immediately available! Assignments typically range from one week to several months, offering both flexibility and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the face of the business and first point of contact for visitors.
• Delivering a seamless front-of-house experience.
• Managing meeting rooms, visitor coordination and office logistics.
• Supporting administrative and operational requirements.
• Working collaboratively with wider office support teams.

About You

• Previous experience within Reception, Front of House.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional and service-oriented approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and genuine commitment to delivering excellence.
• Exposure to Financial Services, Private Equity or Alternative Investments is advantageous.
