Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive Hourly Rate: £14.36 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Overtime: Saturday overtime once per month when fully trained, paid at 150% (£21.54 per hour)
Contract: Temp to perm opportunity for the right person
Location: Wolverhampton

 

Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a busy waste removal company.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly team of 12 people based in an office environment. We are looking for someone who will be a great addition to the team.

We are looking for someone who is professional, hardworking,confident, with excellent people skills and the ability to work well in a busy customer service environment.

The RoleYou will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and dealing with a variety of customer enquiries, including:

 

• Handling customer service calls relating to waste removal
  
  
• Taking bookings
  
  
• Dealing with pricing enquiries
  
  
• Handling general enquiries and customer queries
  
  
• Resolving complaints and disputes
  
  
• Dealing with trade waste contracts and related calls
  
  
• Responding to emails regarding bookings, enquiries, queries and disputes
  
  
• Providing a professional, helpful and efficient service to customers
