A leading fast-food restaurant chain is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house support at its headquarters in Park Royal, West London.
This is a temporary position from 15th October to 13th November, paying £13.85 per hour.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service to visitors, staff and contractors. Key responsibilities will include:

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service to visitors, staff and contractors. Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for the organisation
- Managing security procedures and compliance for visitors and contractors
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls and taking messages where appropriate
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience within a busy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional, friendly and confident manner
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with colleagues, managers and visitors
- A positive, energetic and proactive approach
- A professional appearance and be punctual and reliable
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Must be available to start on 15th October and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment through to 15th November
