About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties across the school and nursery, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, including desks, tables, doors and frequently touched areas.
- Clean and maintain toilets and washroom facilities.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including the safe use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ensure the school premises are securely locked at the end of the shift.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming school environment
