We are recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure contractor for an experienced Site Supervisor (Non-Working) to oversee reactive maintenance and minor project works across long-term environmental and infrastructure frameworks throughout the Midlands and Gloucestershire.

This role would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, General Foreman, Works Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Civils Supervisor or Site Manager looking for a position offering greater autonomy, responsibility and long-term career progression.

- Prepare and review RAMS, work plans and site documentation.
- Price maintenance works and prepare quotations for clients.
- Coordinate specialist contractors and access solutions where required.

- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor progress across multiple sites and resolve operational issues.

- Support the commercial and operational delivery of framework contracts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience supervising site-based teams.
- Background within infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, environmental or maintenance projects.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Good organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating labour, plant and materials.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Experience working on Environment Agency, water industry or similar framework contracts.
- Experience pricing works and preparing quotations.
- Knowledge of reactive maintenance operations.
- Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering background.
- First Aid qualification.
What’s On Offer?
- £50,000 basic salary.
- Car allowance.
- Permanent PAYE position.
- Company pension scheme.
- Holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
- 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
- Secure, long-term workload through established framework contracts.
- High level of autonomy and responsibility.
- Genuine progression opportunities within a growing business.
- A varied role combining site supervision, planning, client liaison and commercial responsibility.
