Temp Events Administrator
Central Tunbridge Wells | Free Parking
£13 per hour
30 hours per week | 11am - 4pm Monday to Friday
2-3 Month Temporary Assignment | Starting November
We're looking for a highly organised Administrator to support a busy Conference & Events team within a well-established company in Tunbridge Wells
What you'll be doing:
- Managing conference and event bookings on the Guestline system
- Producing and updating event function sheets
- Preparing event stationery, signage, menus and table plans
- Supporting the Events Sales team with client communications and administration
- Maintaining accurate event records and documentation
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within hospitality, events or sales
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Professional, personable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a flexible short-term role within a friendly and professional events environment.
