Salary: NJC E6 £26,847-NJC E8 £27,709 - Depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Hours per week: 37 hours
Working Weeks: 52 Weeks per year

Job Overview
We are looking for a positive and committed Premises Technician to join our busy and hardworking team at Kingsbury Green Academy.
The main duties include but are no limited to:
Assisting the premises manager in ensuring that all the school site is maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition as required, and assisting in such cases as may be necessary for effective site management. Deputising for the premises manager and assuming full responsibility for the full range of duties in their absence.
As a successful candidate you will have:
Good General education, Grade C or 4 at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
Site Manager Experiences
Recognised Training/qualifications/experience associated within premises management is desirable
