A welcoming primary school in Bolton is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work alongside a pupil with multiple additional needs. For this child, a trusted adult makes all the difference. You will be that person, offering steady, gentle support from the moment they arrive until home time. The Role This is a care-focused position where the relationship comes first. You will help the pupil feel secure, comfortable and included, and support them to take part in school life at a pace that suits them. Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day Build a warm, trusting bond with the pupil over time Assist with personal care, daily routines and communication Support emotional wellbeing and help the pupil feel settled Follow care plans and guidance from teachers, the SENCO and families Recognise and celebrate every small achievementWhy This Role?
