Accounts Payable Associate

Manchester City Centre | Up to £30,000 | Hybrid | 6-Month Temporary Assignment

We’re currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Associate to join a leading organisation based in Manchester City Centre on a 6-month temporary assignment.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative Finance team and gain valuable experience within Accounts Payable.

The role

You’ll support the Accounts Payable function with day-to-day responsibilities including:

• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Managing supplier queries
• Assisting with payment runs
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the wider Finance team with general administration

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and keen to develop within Finance.

You’ll ideally have Accounts Payable experience, strong administration and numerical skills, and good attention to detail.

Experience working within a “No PO, No Pay” process is highly desirable, as the organisation is looking to implement this process. You’ll therefore need to be confident working with purchase orders, invoice approvals and supplier queries.
