R&A Education is recruiting confident, reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work with secondary schools across Medway, Swale and surrounding Kent areas. We have opportunities available across Gillingham, Chatham, Rainham, Rochester, Strood, Sittingbourne, Sheerness and nearby areas, with flexible daily supply, short-term and longer-term placements available. You do not need QTS to apply. If you have experience working with young people and can confidently manage a classroom, follow pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment, we'd love to hear from you. What We Offer * £110–£160 per day * Flexible work from 1–5 days per week * Daily supply, short-term and long-term opportunities * Opportunities across KS3 and KS4 * Secondary school placements across Medway and Swale * Weekly PAYE pay with no hidden deductions * Free CPD and ongoing professional development * A dedicated local consultant with 16+ years of education recruitment experience * Access to a growing network of trusted secondary schools * Local support from a genuinely independent education recruitment agency * Opportunities to build your experience and progress within education What We're Looking For We're interested in hearing from people who have: * Experience working in a secondary school or education setting * Confidence managing a classroom independently * Strong behaviour management skills * The ability to follow and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans * A reliable, professional and adaptable approach * Experience supporting KS3 and/or KS4 students * A genuine interest in helping young people succeed Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Learning Support Assistant, Tutor, Graduate, Unqualified Teacher or Teacher is highly desirable. An Enhanced DBS is preferred, although we can discuss the process with suitable applicants who do not currently have one. Why Work With R&A Education?
