A leading global P&C insurance organization is looking to bring in a VP of Data Quality to build and scale its enterprise-wide Data Quality and Governance capabilities. This will be the most important hire the company will make this year.We are looking for a true builder - someone who has experience establishing data quality frameworks, governance processes and operating models rather than simply maintaining an existing function.Key requirements:* Senior Data Quality / Data Governance leadership experience* Proven experience building or transforming enterprise data capabilities* Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance and MDM* Experience working across Technology and business stakeholders* P&C insurance experience strongly preferred* Comfortable operating at VP / Executive level

Role & Responsibilities


Lead the Data Quality Management team, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.
Develop and implement robust data quality strategies and frameworks compatible with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze data quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions to enhance data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data quality best practices throughout the organizational data workflows and processes.
Manage and oversee large-scale data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
