Account Manager

Most agencies are built around account handlers who direct the creative. This one is built the other way around. It’s a specialist verbal branding and copywriting studio – one of the best-known in the world – where the writers lead, and client services is the smaller, supporting discipline. For an Account Manager, that means you work close to genuinely good creative work, not at arm’s length from it.

The agency is growing, and it’s at a pivotal point: winning bigger, more complex projects.

The Role
You’ll be a key day-to-day contact for major clients – a roster that includes global technology companies, household-name FMCG brands, and some of the most recognisable names in sport and culture. You’ll take briefs, scope projects, shape proposals, and run multi-channel, multi-audience work from first contact to sign-off.

Reporting to the Managing Director, who heads a client team of two and is actively building the discipline out, that’s the honest shape of it: you’re helping figure out how client services works here, not slotting into a finished machine. You’ll work alongside an experienced Client Manager and a creative team of six or seven writers led by the Creative Director. There’s real scope to grow into running larger, more complex engagements as the agency scales.
