Payrate - £23.05 per hour

We're looking for a Grant Management System Support Administrator to join the National Church Institutions (NCIs), supporting the work of the Church of England.

This is a hands-on temporary role where you'll provide first-line system support, help users with day-to-day queries and create clear guidance and documentation to make ongoing support simpler and more effective.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line support to Grant Management System users
• Monitoring and responding to support requests
• Carrying out routine user and access administration
• Creating SOPs, FAQs, quick-reference guides and training materials
• Capturing knowledge and turning it into clear, reusable guidance
• Supporting testing, system changes and evidence gathering
• Carrying out administration within Salesforce and Amp Impact
• Helping improve support processes and the overall user experience

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in application support, IT support or a helpdesk environment
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and working with structured data
• Excellent attention to detail
• A customer-focused approach and confidence supporting users
• The ability to learn new systems quickly and manage competing priorities

Salesforce experience would be a real advantage, as would exposure to Azure DevOps, but neither should stop you applying if you have strong transferable systems-support experience.
