School Business Manager

Provide Education are looking for an experienced School Business Manager to support schools in the Scunthorpe area.

We are keen to speak with candidates who understand the demands of a school environment and have experience across finance, HR, administration and operations.

Key duties may include:

• Managing school budgets and financial reporting
• Supporting payroll and HR administration
• Managing purchasing, invoices and suppliers
• Supporting recruitment and personnel processes
• Maintaining compliance with school policies and procedures
• Working closely with senior leadership
• Overseeing administrative and operational functions
• Supporting the effective day-to-day running of the school

We are looking for:

• Previous School Business Manager or similar school-based experience
• Experience with school finance and administration
• Knowledge of HR and operational procedures
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
