Teacher of Science

Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Science Teacher, to start from January 2027. This is a full time role, paid on the Outer London STPC MPS / UPS with a recruitment incentive of £5,000.

The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5,000 which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service. This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.

Interviews will be held week on 15 October 2026

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and practical Science lessons that inspire curiosity, support student progress, and help learners develop a strong understanding of science.
