We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Devon, overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful office.

This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional with a strong track record in sales, team management, business generation, and driving branch performance.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day running and performance of the branch
• Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability
• Monitor figures, performance metrics, and overall branch results
• Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards
• Build strong relationships within the local market
• Help strengthen and grow the company brand
• Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and support continued business growth

Branch Manager Requirements

• Proven experience within estate agency
• Strong experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Full UK driving licence
