Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Long-term work available for the right candidate)

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team for an immediate start on a site in Heathfield.

This role offers long-term, ongoing work for a candidate with strong practical site skills, a solid work ethic, and a dependable attitude.

• Assisting trade teams and site managers with daily site operations.

• Assisting with groundworks tasks, drainage, prep work, and site clearance.

• Safe handling of tools, site equipment, and materials.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe site environment at all times.

• Valid CSCS card (Essential).

• Full UK Driver's License (Essential due to site location/travel).

• Practical groundworks experience (Highly beneficial).

• Valid Safety Critical Medical certificate (Desirable, but not essential).

• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel-toe boots).

• Right to work in the UK.

• Long-term work for the right candidate.
