Recruitment Resourcer – Heysham

Location and Working Pattern
Heysham – full time, office-based, with flexibility available.
Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates for a range of client vacancies
Call through shortlists and manage applications
Support candidate recruitment, selection and onboarding
Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews
Screen applicants and maintain accurate candidate records
Use online job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract talent
Liaise with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
Attend client and site visits alongside colleagues
Must‑have Requirements
Professional and positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Tenacity and motivation to succeed
Comfortable working with performance metrics (KPIs)
Experience in a telephony-based or customer service role
Effective use of IT systems and communication tools
