Stores Operative

Are you an experienced Stores, Warehouse or Supply Chain Operative looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Operative to join a busy team in Bournemouth, supporting the day-to-day movement, storage and distribution of goods.

This is a hands-on stores-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across goods in, goods out, forklift operations and general logistics.

The Role

• Managing goods in and goods out, ensuring deliveries and dispatches are processed accurately.
• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Picking, packing, labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Driving company vans to support local deliveries and collections when required.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring goods are stored correctly.
• Supporting general stores, warehouse and logistics operations to keep the department running efficiently.
• Working closely with internal teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure goods move smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
• Clean Full UK Driving Licence – ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, logistics or supply chain.
• Comfortable with manual handling, picking, packing and stock movement.
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
• A team player who is happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed.
