Development Management Team Leader

United Kingdom Carrington West Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the South East in the search for a Development Management Planning Team Leader to join on a initial 6 month contract (Then rolling).   The main purpose of the role will require you to be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of a team of up to 10 officers; the post holder will have delegated authority to sign off applications.   We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a recent track record of managing a team, working with and engaging with Members in the planning process, leading during planning committee meetings and general line management responsibilities.   Experience in a similar position is necessary.
