An Outstanding Primary school in Brent, North West London, is searching for a talented Learning Support Assistant to join its team from September. What You'll Be Doing:

Support children with autism and SEMH on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Deliver targeted interventions across phonics, literacy and numeracy
Encourage positive behaviour, communication and emotional development
Adapt learning activities to meet individual SEND needs
Work alongside teachers and the SENDCo to monitor pupil progress

Ideal Candidate for this Brent Primary School:

Graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting SEND is highly desirable
Strong understanding of autism, SEMH or additional learning needs
Aspiring teacher, Psychology graduate or future Educational Psychologist
Patient, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed
