We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a well-established and highly successful estate agency in the Birmingham area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional to join a growing business, taking responsibility for winning new instructions, valuing properties and delivering an exceptional service to clients across the local property market.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market appraisals
• Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of properties
• List properties to the market and maximise their sales potential
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Promote and sell the company's services and benefits
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow market share

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Proven track record in residential property sales and listing
• Strong ability to win instructions and generate new business
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, driven and target-focused mentality
• Professional and confident working attitude
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer?

• £25,000 basic salary
• Tiered commission structure
• Additional bonus payments
• £50,000 - £60,000 OTE

Working Arrangement 

• Full-time working hours
• Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
