Experienced in commercial property and confident negotiating and closing deals?

We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, managing enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating transactions through to successful completion.

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Manage incoming enquiries from prospective tenants and clients
• Conduct commercial property viewings
• Negotiate terms and secure new business
• Prospect for new opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
• Work proactively to achieve business and performance targets

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Strong background in commercial property
• Proven experience in lettings and property negotiations
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Experience progressing transactions through to completion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive, driven and commercially minded approach
• Professional working attitude
