📍 Skelton, North Yorkshire 💷 £35.00 per hour (CIS) ⏳ 9-Month Contract 🕒 42 Hours Per WeekWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Skelton, North Yorkshire, overseeing the mechanical installation works on a new primary school development.This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established project, managing mechanical trades and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:
Supervising mechanical installation activities on site
Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
Monitoring health & safety compliance
Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme requirements
Liaising with site management, clients, and other trades
Conducting quality inspections and ensuring high standards of workmanship
Managing site paperwork and progress reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or public sector construction projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations
SSSTS or SMSTS
Valid CSCS card
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive programme and quality standards on site
