Salary: Hoople Band C £27,427 - £34,456 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Interview Date: 26th October 2026 This is an exciting opportunity to join Hoople Ltd as an IT Asset & Purchasing Specialist within the Commercial Services team, specialising in IT hardware, software licensing and support services.
We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and enjoys building positive relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers to help deliver technology services that support Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust and other clients.

As an IT Asset & Purchasing Specialist, you'll support the full lifecycle of IT assets and technology purchases across Hoople and its client organisations. You'll help manage hardware, software licences and devices from purchase through to deployment, maintenance, recovery and disposal, ensuring records remain accurate and services are delivered efficiently.
No two days are the same. You'll be involved in stock management, purchasing, software licence administration, supplier engagement, project support and service improvement initiatives.
