Facilities Assistant | Manchester (M2) | Part-Time

Hi, this is Ayushi from RG Setsquare Recruitment.

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to support a professional corporate office based in Manchester City Centre (M2).

Location: Manchester M2
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Hours: 8:00am - 2:00pm (Flexible start time between 8:00am and 9:30am)

The Role

As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the office remains safe, organised, and welcoming for employees, clients, and visitors.

Duties Include:

Monitoring building access and reporting security concerns
Managing visitor logs, access cards, keys, and ID badges
Conducting office walk-arounds and workplace inspections
Reporting and following up on maintenance issues
Ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas are clean, stocked, and presentable
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and refreshments
Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating catering for meetings and client visits
Replenishing printers, coffee machines, and hospitality supplies
Supporting workplace events and health & safety activities
Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in Facilities, Office Support, Hospitality, Reception, or Workplace Services
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
