Service Manager, Development Management

£62,908 – £68,529
£34.47 – £37.55 per hour
The above amounts Include Distant Islands Allowance.
You will be reporting to the Head of Planning and Regulatory Services.
Your working pattern is Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
The purpose of this role is to lead our development management team. Our team carries a diverse and complex caseload with around 500 to 600 applications a year encompassing major and national developments, listed buildings, harbour works licence applications and householder applications as well as the Corporate Gazetteer.
