Technical Resources is looking for an Associate Resourcer to join our growing team in Manchester. No previous recruitment experience is required — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
As an Associate Resourcer, you'll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants, helping to identify and engage skilled professionals across the Fire & Security and Telecoms sectors.
You'll be responsible for:

Sourcing candidates for live vacancies
Making outbound calls and building candidate relationships
Screening and qualifying candidates
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Updating and maintaining candidate records
Supporting recruitment consultants with live requirements
Developing your communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Working towards individual and team targets

We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated and comfortable speaking to people on the phone, with a strong work ethic and desire to progress. Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or another target-driven environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
