Help shape a more sustainable future and support the delivery of modern waste and environmental services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Principal Technician Environment to support the development, delivery and improvement of waste, recycling and disposal services across Dumfries and Galloway.
As a key member of the team, you will help develop waste strategies, manage contracts and procurement activities, analyse service performance data, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation. You should have strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and translate complex information into practical solutions.
In return, you will have the opportunity to influence how environmental services are delivered, contribute to the Council's environmental objectives and help create sustainable communities across Dumfries and Galloway.
If you are passionate about environmental improvement and delivering high-quality public services, we would love to hear from you.
