Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Shift Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations during the overnight hours. This leadership role is vital in ensuring efficient materials handling, shipping and receiving, and overall warehouse productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with logistics systems to maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing environment. As a key figure in our night operations, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support seamless communication across departments.

Shift:

Any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.
Week1/ 18.30-03.00 and Week2/ 22.00-06.30

Duties

Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.
Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.
Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.
Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience required

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an FMCG setting.
Experience in change management and driving team performance.
Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs.
