Warehouse Operative

The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Harlow!

Shifts for Warehouse Picker:

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00
• rotating shift

Pay :

• £12.71 day shift basic
• Paid weekly
• Overtime available

Main Duties of Warehouse Operative :

• Accurate picking and dispatch of customer orders

• Loading and unloading inbound/outbound vehicles

• Timely stock put-away and warehouse organisation

• Meeting daily performance and quality targets

• Maintaining health & safety and hygiene standards

• Working flexibly across shifts (any 5 days out of 7, including weekends)

• Overtime may be required

• 2 years reference required

Experience , skills and attributes :

• Previous warehouse experience

• Experience in a picking operation

• Willingness to undergo MHE/Reach truck training (if not already licensed)

• Valid Reach/Counterbalance forklift license welcome

• Experience operating MHE/Reach trucks – Beneficial

• Background in a retail or supply chain warehouse environment – Beneficial
