Key Responsibilities
- Site Security & Access: Act as a designated key holder providing daily locking/unlocking of buildings and gates, emergency access, and monitoring security systems (including CCTV and alarms).

- Driving & Community Engagement: Occasional driving duties to assist with school trips and events, alongside liaising with third-party letting agencies out of hours.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Practical background in premises management, caretaking, maintenance, or trade-related roles.
- Technical & Safety Knowledge: Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH guidelines, and confidence using digital systems (such as Parago or similar management software).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivated with the initiative to identify hazards, undertake repairs, and resolve issues independently.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff, contractors, and letting agencies.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support out-of-hours lettings, emergency call-outs, and occasional driving duties (a full UK driving licence is highly desirable).
