Pay Scale: NJC grade 1 point 3 (£25,614 FTE)
£21,343 Actual Annual Salary
Hours: Teaching Assistant 32.5 per week
Times: 8:30 - 3:30 Monday - Friday
We wish to appoint a dedicated, hard-working and motivated teaching assistant. The contract will be term time only, fixed term, ending 31st August 2027 in the first instance.
You will be a valuable member of the team working with the class teacher to support the children. You will also be part of the lunchtime team for ½ hour each day.
The successful applicant will need enthusiasm, patience, caring and understanding. Also fluent in standard English.
Experience working with children and a willingness to work in all year groups of the Federation is required.

- Kings Hedges complies the Childcare Act 2006 and the Childcare (Disqualification) and childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) (Amendment) Regulations 208. All shortlisted candidates whose role will involve the responsibility for the provision or management of such childcare (including teaching) shall be required to declare that they are not disqualified from undertaking such work.
