This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about assisting individuals and families in navigating the complexities of estate planning. Responsibilities: Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters Qualifications: 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years can be considered if drafting ability and overall fit are particularly strong) Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts, related documents) Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills Potential salary flexibility for the right candidate and additional experience.
