Records Assistant (Temporary)
Location: York

Pay Rate : £13.60ph

If you're detail-focused, comfortable with data, and ready to support a busy team, this temporary role in York could be a great fit. Our Client is looking for someone who can help keep records accurate, up to date, and easy to trust.
What you'll be doing:
* Scanning Railway health and safety files
* Entering and verifying a variety of data in the required formats
* Tracking and verifying the quality of data entry from multiple sources
* Resolving queries and problems related to data
* Providing data-processing support to an individual or wider team
What you'll bring:
* Good IT skills and confidence working with data
* A careful, quality-first approach to checking details are correct
* Experience of data handling in a similar support role (1-2 years)
* The ability to stay organised while completing repetitive tasks accurately
* Comfort with light manual handling (no heavy lifting)
Additional information:
* Temporary assignment supporting data processing and record checks within a document-heavy environment
