Assistant Pizza Chef – SB2501

An independent family run hospitality complex set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Pizza Chef to join the busy kitchen teams. In this role of Assistant Pizza Chef  you will be working along side the Pizza Chef preparing and cooking wood fire Pizzas and also assisting with general kitchen prep. The Pizzas are produced from scratch using fresh local ingredients and follows a farm to fork concept. This property has an excellent reputation and this job offers a good work life balance you will be working 45 hours a week. Benefits:

Requirements:

• The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in a similar environment – i.e. 4 star hotel with a fine dining restaurant.
• MUST be able to demonstrate their interest in food and a passion for consistently achieving to their full potential.
