Recruitment Consultant Manage a busy desk and be paid bonus immediately on any existing accounts What We're Looking For * Proven success within recruitment, staffing * Strong billing and business development track record * Established network and market knowledge across Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton or the wider East Midlands * Ability to develop long-term client and candidate relationships * Professional, consultative and relationship-led approach * Self-motivated individuals who enjoy autonomy and accountability What Makes This Different?
