Birmingham, West Midlands CBRE Local UK Facilities Manager - Technical (Birmingham) CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Technical / Hard Services to lead FM service delivery across a key BT account in Birmingham. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Hard and Soft FM operations, ensuring technical excellence, statutory compliance, operational performance, and exceptional client service. You'll provide governance across M&E systems, critical infrastructure, asset management, and compliance while leading high-performing teams and specialist suppliers.
