Customer Services Administrator – Birchwood – Temporary to Permanent – £14ph

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Services Administrator to join this global organisation on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a key role within the operation, acting as the first point of contact for UK customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling various queries daily.
• Managing live chat and social media queries.
• Answering inbound customer phone calls.
• Handling various customer complaints.
• Liaising with stakeholders, managing requests.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous customer service-based experience.
• Excellent telephone manner.
