Desian Education are proud to be working in partnership with a dedicated and well-respected specialist SEND school in Winsford, who are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEND Teacher to join their team on a long-term supply basis, starting after the October half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.

Your new role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEND. Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, senior leaders, and families, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
