We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Property Services Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering excellent property services to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll be at the heart of our Property Services function, coordinating repairs, planned maintenance, voids, damp and mould cases, and compliance activities to ensure our customers receive a high-quality service.

Working collaboratively with contractors, surveyors, customers and colleagues, you'll help drive service improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to achieving our organisational objectives and values.
