Production Operative | Manufacturing Operative | Production Worker
Holsworthy | 11-hour shifts | 4 days a week | 6am-5pm | Full-time | Temporary | 4 positions available
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting four temporary Production Operatives to join a team in Holsworthy during their busy peak season.
You'll work across a variety of production lines, including moulding, wrapping and packing, as part of a fast-paced production environment.
What We Offer- Full-time, temporary positions.
- 11-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
- 6am-5pm shifts.
- Various shift patterns.
- One weekday off each week, with the day off rotating from week to week.
- Full training provided for operating machinery.
- Work across a variety of production lines, including moulding, wrapping and packing.
- Operate machinery safely, with full training provided.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
- Work closely with team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
Required:
- A positive and dependable approach to teamwork.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential.
