Accounts Assistant

Redditch, Worcestershire Transaction Recruitment Transaction Recruitment are supporting a market-leading business based in Redditch, in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll keep the day-to-day accounting running smoothly across multiple currencies and entities. The role is hybrid, so you will enjoy a healthy balance between the Redditch office and working from home. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate, timely multi-currency bank reconciliations * Support the month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, expenses and fixed asset reconciliations * Allocate incoming cash and raise sales invoices as needed * Process supplier invoices, expense claims and payments * Keep ledgers accurate and up to date * Assist with credit control and respond to supplier queries professionally * Help produce reports and take on ad-hoc finance projects and admin tasks as they arise In return you'll get a competitive salary, a discretionary annual bonus, a salary sacrifice pension and a generous holiday allowance.
