About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us in the newly created role of Lead Support Worker.

You will join our existing team of 3 Support Workers, working under the direction of the Director of Pastoral Care.

If you have experience of working with young people with additional needs, and a desire to empower them, we encourage you to apply.
