What do I need?

• A minimum of a 2:1 honours degree (achieved or predicted).
• A recent or expected 2027 graduate.

What’s the application process?

1. Register Your Interest – This is not an assessed stage and only takes a few minutes to complete.
2. Applications Open on 30th November 2026 – To apply you will need to submit a tailored CV for your preferred programme and location. 
3. Telephone Call – A phone screen with a member of the GRB Safran recruitment team taking place between 4th January – 4th February 2027.
4. Assessment Centre – in person in Gloucestershire taking please between 2nd & 3rd March 2027.
