B90, Illshaw Heath, Solihull Plum Personnel PA, Personal Assistant - Financial Services (Part time or full time) SALARY- £30,000 - £33,000 (Pro rata) per annum dep. on exp. + free onsite parking LOCATION – Solihull (Blythe Valley Business Park) WORKING HOURS - Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 5.00 (will consider Part time or full time applicants) We're seeking an experienced PA to support the IFA in a new Wealth Management practice. We are seeking someone who enjoys meeting Clients, who has a bright disposition, is well presented and with excellent communication skills We need someone with lots of initiative, who can think ahead and anticipate responses as well as being able to work efficiently without supervision. The role would ideally suit someone who has experience of being in a supportive role within a regulated environment such as Financial Services or banking or legal... The role will involve: Preparing for Client visits, pre meeting and post meeting administration A good deal of audio and copy typing Organising client events from start to finish Sending prospect letters and carrying out marketing activities New business submissions, ordering valuations of pensions and investments If you have worked in a similar environment, have excellent I.T. skills as well as being very competent in Microsoft, audio and copy typing and feel you could add to the start-up of this exciting new venture, we want to hear from you!!
