Supply SEN Teaching Assistant

We are searching for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our school based in Guildford on a day-to-day basis.

• Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent standard). Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Prior experience working with children or young people, preferably within an SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision environment.
• Strong communication skills, patience, emotional resilience, and a proactive approach.
• High levels of empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with challenging or vulnerable pupils.

Working Hours: 9:30-3:30

Salary: £88-£100 a day
