About the role

At Culligan UK Limited, our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences that lead to long-lasting relationships. We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Executive to join our team.

You will be accountable for delivering new business growth within a defined industry sector by identifying, developing, and securing new accounts across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering significant account growth, meeting ambitious targets, and building trusted relationships at senior levels.

The position requires a strategic mindset and strong sales expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Culligan’s extensive range of water solutions. You will support our business by maintaining regular communication with clients, conducting reviews, and implementing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within a corporate, professional services, facilities management, vending, or other service-led environment.
  • Strong track record of managing and growing key client relationships within larger corporate organisations.
  • Experience selling and managing service contracts, including renewals, retention, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and convert a long-term sales pipeline, with confidence handling extended sales cycles.
  • Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from operational contacts through to senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver value-led solutions to customers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
  • Willingness to travel where required to support customer meetings and business development activities.
